This Privacy Policy explains how Leewadee GmbH processes your personal data when you use our website www.leewadee.com and our sales activities via online marketplaces. It is based on the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

Upon each website visit, the following data is collected:

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the stable operation and analysis of technical faults. Data is retained for a maximum of 30 days.

6. Cookies and Consent Management

We use cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and § 25(2) TTDSG. All others: consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TTDSG.

Our website uses an in-house developed consent management solution. On first visit, a banner allows you to grant or refuse consent for individual cookie categories. Consents are logged and can be withdrawn at any time via a settings option in our footer.

7. Contact by Email

If you contact us at customer-service@leewadee.com, your data is processed solely to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if contract-related.

8. Orders via Online Marketplaces

When you purchase via marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Kaufland, Otto, Allegro, Temu, Wayfair, Walmart, TikTok Shop), the marketplace operator is the controller. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

9. Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA)

Amazon EU S.à r.l., 38 avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg (and affiliates) performs picking, packing, and shipping. Data: name, delivery address, order/product info. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

10. Invoicing and Accounting

10.1 Amainvoice

Provider: amaZervice GmbH, Germany. Automated invoicing and EU VAT compliance (OSS/IOSS). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR.

10.2 DATEV / Tax Advisor

Transmission of booking documents to our tax advisor (DATEV eG, Nuremberg, Germany). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

11. Newsletter (Planned)

Not yet offered. Upon introduction, double opt-in procedure (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Provider details to follow.

12. Google Analytics 4

Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland. Analyses use of our website (truncated IP, pages, duration, device). Transfer to Google LLC, USA: EU-US DPF. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

13. Marketing, Retargeting and Conversion Tracking

13.1 Meta Pixel (with Advanced Data Matching)

Provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. Conversion tracking and targeted advertising on Facebook/Instagram. Advanced data matching captures customer data (e.g. email). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Transfer to Meta Platforms Inc., USA: EU-US DPF.

13.2 Google Ads Conversion Tracking

Provider: Google Ireland Limited. Cookie expires after 30 days. Transfer to Google LLC, USA: EU-US DPF. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

13.3 Pinterest Tag

Provider: Pinterest Europe Ltd., Palmerston House, 2nd Floor, Fenian Street, Dublin 2, Ireland. Used for conversion measurement on Pinterest. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Transfer to Pinterest Inc., USA: EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

14. Social Media Plugins (2-Click Solution)

We use social media plugins with a 2-click Shariff solution. No data transfer until you activate the plugin. Activation constitutes consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

14.1 Facebook and Instagram Plugins

Provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Transfer to Meta Platforms Inc., USA: EU-US DPF.

14.2 Pinterest Plugins

Provider: Pinterest Europe Ltd. Transfer to Pinterest Inc., USA: EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

15. Google Web Fonts

Provider: Google Ireland Limited. External Google Web Fonts; your browser connects to Google, transmitting your IP. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Transfer to Google LLC, USA: EU-US DPF.

16. International Data Transfers

We rely on the following safeguards under Art. 44 et seq. GDPR:

  • EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision of 10 July 2023)
  • EU Standard Contractual Clauses under Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR
